Dr. Peggy Kern is the founder and president of the International Positive Psychology Association's Education Division, and an associate professor at the Centre for Positive Psychology, University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Education. Her research is collaborative in nature and draws on a variety of methodologies to examine questions around who thrives in life and why, understanding and measuring healthy functioning, identifying individual and social factors impacting life trajectories, and investigating systems informed approaches to wellbeing. She works with schools and workplaces to consider strategies for bridging gaps between research and practice. She has published 2 books and over 80 peer-reviewed articles and chapters.
